charmed experience
pleasing decor superb location helpful staff
my visit to this hotel was marvelous. i found the room decor very pleasing, with thoughtful touches that elevated my experience. the location was superb, offering easy access to various attractions and dining options. i particularly appreciated the helpful staff who were attentive and quick to meet my needs.
the only real issue i experienced was the somewhat limited parking space, made finding a spot a little challenging at times.

The room included a comfortable king-size bed with high-quality linens. It also featured blackout curtains and soundproofing which contributed to a quiet, nothing noisy. Plus, bathrobes were available.

The concierge service was always ready to assist with directions and reservations. Staff promptly addressed requests and were very courteous. Plus, the turndown service was very detailed.

the car park was small. i must park my vehicle on the main road every night. the staffs were blunt and unfriendly, and not helping.

i stayed in the club double room. the room was stylishly decorated. the bed offered a very comfortable night's sleep. the staff provided friendly service at dinner.
i noticed only two chocolates were provided in the room instead of three as before.

the hotel is beautifully decorated with a stylish look. the rooms were super tidy and the beds were very comfortable.
i found drinks at the bar expensive . breakfast service had some issues with plates not cleared promptly and cooked breakfast placed beside the used ones i likely won't return due to this.

damp smell flimsy blind
I must say, the room reeked of dampness, a rather unwelcome surprise. And talk about a rude awakening! A bright light shone through the flimsy roller blind all night. Breakfast didn't exactly redeem the experience either. The waitress seemed baffled when we dared to ask for more toast.
